The staff group at Kellerberrin District High School is made up more than 30 personnel. There is a good balance between staff with many years of experience and those new to our school. All staff at are committed to our vision and using this to drive decision making. We offer a work environment and culture that attracts and retains high quality staff. We provide opportunity for ongoing professional learning, mentoring and performance development which results in staff who are professional, innovative, passionate and committed.
The leadership team consists of the Principal and Deputy Principal and their role is to oversee the day to day running of the school and ensure the quality of teaching in the school guaranteeing the educational and social emotional needs of the students are being met.
Promoting a model of distributed leadership and staff career development, the implementation of Pillars of Strength (POS) Leaders has enabled staff to become more involved in the development and implementation of our Operational Plans. The POS Leaders have identified through the skills; expertise and passion within our four focus areas of Literacy, Numeracy, ICT and Classroom Management.
The teaching and education support staff composition at Kellerberrin District High School reflects a wide range of experience, skills and interests.
